The I-Ching is the oldest oracle in the world.

I-Ching used as an adjective, it means "easy" or "simple", while as a verb it means "to change". It was a post-Qin term later added to any text that had been officially canonised, hence the same character was later appropriated to translate the Sanskrit word 'sūtra' into Chinese in reference to Buddhist scripture. The I Ching is a "reflection of the universe in miniature". The word "I" has three meanings: ease and simplicity, change and transformation, and invariability. Thus the three principles underlying the I Ching are the following:
Simplicity - the root of the substance. The fundamental law underlying everything in the universe is utterly plain and simple, no matter how abstruse or complex some things may appear to be.
Variability - the use of the substance. Everything in the universe is continually changing. By comprehending this one may realize the importance of flexibility in life and may thus cultivate the proper attitude for dealing with a multiplicity of diverse situations.
Persistency - the essence of the substance. While everything in the universe seems to be changing, among the changing tides there is a persistent principle, a central rule, which does not vary with space and time.
Yin and yang, while common expressions associated with many schools of classical Chinese culture, are especially associated with the Taoists.
The I Ching was at the heart of Chinese thought, serving as a common ground for the Confucian and Taoist schools. Partly forgotten due to the rise of Chinese Buddhism during the
Tang dynasty, the I Ching returned to the attention of scholars during the Song dynasty. This was concomitant with the reassessment of Confucianism by Confucians in the light of Taoist and Buddhist metaphysics, and is known in the West as Neo-Confucianism. The book, an ancient Chinese scripture, helped Song Confucian thinkers to synthesize Buddhist and Taoist cosmologies with Confucian and Mencian ethics. The end product was a new cosmogony that could be linked to the so-called "lost Tao" of Confucius and Mencius. The oracular interpretation of the symbolic language based on trigram symbols formed from yang and yin components is well known. John C. Compton suggests that these numerical codes represent specific codons of the Genetic Code.
Abraham (1999) states that Confucius' ten commentaries, called the Ten Wings, transformed the I Ching from a divination text into a "philosophical masterpiece". It was this form of the I Ching that inspired the post-Warring State Taoists. It has influenced Confucians and other philosophers and scientists ever since. However, Helmut Wilhelm in his Change/Eight Lectures on the I Ching, cautions: "It can no longer be said with certainty whether any of the material—and if any, how much—comes from Confucius' own hand".
Now.........Are you ready for a reading?

Life should be a pattern of experiences to savor, not to endure. Be in the moment, for it is only this moment that matters.
The systematic training of the mind- the cultivation of happiness by deliberately selecting and focusing on positive mental states and challenging negative mental states is possible because of the very structure and function of the human brain. Achieving genuine happiness takes a transformation in your outlook on life (your attitude). Attitude is your reaction to every day occurrences.
The realization of truth is the freedom we have and the awareness of the reality surrounding us.
The realization of our existence is the message that the soul knows without conditions. Comprehending our lives is the comprehension of birth, which requires the understanding of energy. Energy is the intensity or vitality of an action or expression. Emotion is the emission of energy from within our inner self towards everything surrounding us. The understanding of energy redefines the happiness we wish to have. Our soul is energy. The vibrations that the soul emanates is our aura. The life of our soul is eternal, just as our physical bodies are transient. Eternity is a human concept. The knowledge of truth is the realization of a soul within a body whose thought creates activity. It's left to the freedom of the heart to determine the level of understanding and evolvement. Understanding why a soul chose a particular lifetime on earth requires patience and an open-minded view in order to comprehend the lifetime of a person.
You may not be able to capture your dream as you envisioned it, but have faith in yourself. There are always experiences, feelings and knowledge you've acquired that point you toward your next dream. As you meet resistance on the path to your dream, you'll discover strength, beauty, depth, and talent you never realized were within you. Sometimes it's the path you walk to follow your dreams that's important, not actually realizing the dream. You change with every day and every new experience. Changing the nature of your desires is called growth.
You can make a difference in your life with your attitude.
To be loved is to know the happiness of contentment. To give love is to know the joy of sharing oneself.
Most of us regard the brain as a complex thinking tool. It is more like a radio receiver which is able to tap into vast areas of knowledge that exists beyond the limitations of our mind. Carl Jung described it as the "Universal Unconscious" and Gandhi called it the "Divine radio". In the meditative state of "thoughtless awareness", one is completely spontaneous, drawing knowledge and awareness directly from the Cosmic Principle without the interference of intellectual activity. Gandhi said, "What a great thing it would be if we, in our busy lives, prepare our minds to listen to the voice of the Great Silence. The Divine radio is always singing if we could only make ourselves ready to listen to it, but it is impossible to listen without silence."
You must love who you are, not who you wish to become. Take charge of the thoughts and feelings you have about your life.

Do not undermine your worth by comparing yourself with others.
It is because we are different that each of us is special.
Do not set your goals by what others deem important.
Only you know what is best for you.
Do not take for granted the things closest to your heart.
Cling to them as you would your life, for without them, life is meaningless.
Do not let life slip through your fingers by living in the past- nor the future.
By living your life one day at a time, you live all the days of your life.
Do not give up when you still have something to give.
Nothing is really over until the moment you stop trying.
It's a fragile thread that binds us to each other.
Do not be afraid to encounter risks.
It is by taking chances that we learn to be brave.
Do not shut love out of your life by saying it is impossible to find.
The quickest way to receive love is to give love;
The fastest way to lose love is to hold too tightly.
Do not dismiss your dreams. To be without dreams is to be without hope;
To be without hope is to be without purpose.
Do not run through life so fast that you forget not only where you have been, but also where you are going.
Life is not a race, but a journey to be savored each step of the way.

Internalize your energy for problem solving and disease prevention. When you externalize your energy, you become exhausted. To become energetic, charge your energy system from within. Integrate parts of your self (mind, body, and spirit) to achieve an internal balance and synchronize with the external related systems. Straightening the spine and relaxing the shoulders will allow the energy to flow. Energy follows thought. Pay attention to the spot where you allow the energy flow to exchange. You may assign it to the fingertips or the top of your head. Energy travels out to dump the output energy into the cosmos and you pull back the therapeutic Qi to your body to provide pure, refreshed energy. Breathe in the positive energy and breathe out the old, negative energy. Push out old energies, such as fear, anxieties, addiction, sickness, and negative thought. Refresh yourself with positive energy to promote physical, psychological and emotional well-being. Integrate brain-wave and heart-wave patterns to allow the energy to travel throughout your entire body. Positive energy can come from spiritual images, trees, the mountains, oceans, the sun or nature. This is a Yin/Yang trade. Pay attention to the energy flow under your management. Breathe deep to calm the mind and lower your blood pressure. Use your third eye to see your cells filling up with positive energy. The energized cells fight bacteria and relieve psychological attachments. Reframe your thoughts by using affirmations in a positive way. Say: I am free of addictions; I am a non-smoker; I am in control; I am free of disease. Use the meditative alpha state and visualize connecting with the cosmic energy and integrate with the earth energy. Focus your attention on the present moment and keep your intention pure. Accept yourself the way you are and allow past experiences to be a healing lesson. Live each moment with positive thoughts. Listen to your internal intuition, which is your soul speaking to you. Know yourself.

The path of the spiritual warrior is to show up, pay attention, speak your truth, and let go of the outcome.
Looking Within
Each of us has the ability to receive and to apply guidance from within, even while we seem to look outside ourselves for the answer. Your life is going in a certain direction. A kind of internal compass has been moving you along a particular pathway. There are detours, but something always draws you back. Sometimes you get a feeling in your physical body- a gut feeling, a knowing in your head or another part of your body. The signpost comes through the words of other people- people who don't know they are channeling your Higher self back to you in what they say or do. You must trust that your life has a purpose and the signs will be there when you need them. We seek wisdom as though it were a commodity to be held. Wisdom is a path- not a thing...with every awakening leading to larger awakenings.

Reiki is a balanced energy flowing through the therapist that brings about healing. It works on the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, karmic and etheric levels. It has its own innate intelligence and knows where it is needed and goes there. It is not the practitioner's own energy, but a cosmic energy that enters through the crown chakra, at the top of the head, flows down through the body, expands the auric field, and flows out through the hands.
On the physical level, Reiki helps to bring balance. When the body is in a state of balance, it tends to heal itself; burns heal faster, breaks mend sooner, bleeding stops. On the mental level, when one is in a state of balance, stress is easier to handle, learning comes easier, clarity becomes a part of every day life. With emotional balance, one is less likely to need psychiatric medication and life becomes manageable. When one is in a state of balance, it's easier to listen to the inner voice and to act on higher guidance.
Subtle Communication Systems is a combination of the philosophies and techniques of NLP, Ericksonian Hypnosis, and Guided Imagery with the energy therapies of Healing Touch, Reiki, and Therapeutic Touch.
This combination creates a powerful system for solving problems, resolving conflicts, eliminating fears and limitations, and develops a greater sense of peace and joy. Changes take place quickly because the work is accomplished with the cooperation of both the conscious mind and the unconscious processes.
Energy healing interacts with the etheral body, which includes the chi meridians, the seven auric layers and their corresponding chakras, and the vital life force carried throughout our lifetime. Our total life force energy is affected by the subtle energy of our own thoughts.
Each of us has an inner source of strength and nourishment. By taking time each day to withdraw from distractions of the external world, we grow in spiritual knowledge.
Karma is not a debt or a punishment, just unfinished business. Your talents and triumphs are the gifts of lessons learned in the past; your temptations and troubles are the teachers and tests for lessons yet unlearned.
Remember that adventure is the champagne of life.

The key to energy healing is the mind directed desire to ease the suffering of our fellow man with compassion, love and intent. Healing does not restrict itself to any race, religion, class or belief. Humanity has the right to explore the universal gift of healing with energies and enlighten oneself with the truth of our purpose in this reality called Life. Healing energy is provided to the client with good intent of the mind and heart.
Energy healing eliminates blockages and creates a space in which the body can heal itself.
The human energy field is the manifestation of universal energy that is intimately involved in human life and is associated with a person's health and well-being. If a person is unhealthy, it shows up in their energy field as an unbalanced flow of energy. This usually requires a life change that leads to a personal life being more connected to the core of one's being. It leads us to a deeper part of ourselves, sometimes called our higher self.
Our thoughts affect our energy field, which in turn affect our bodies and health.
We create our own experience of reality through the human energy field and have the power to change and enhance our lives.
The aura is described as a luminous body that surrounds the physical body and emits its own characteristic radiation. The seven layers of the aura are composed of higher vibrations of waves of light patterns. Each layer of the aura is associated with a chakra. Illness in the system is caused by an imbalance of energy, which leads to dis-ease.
